How should we preach and encourage people who are facing significant challenges, such as unemployment, health issues, and other financial problems? How can we provide biblical instruction for this life, not just hope for the next life, without preaching the Prosperity Gospel?
What/who does Jesus save us from? Who is the primary enemy of sinful mankind? Our we first and foremost saved from Satan, sin, ourselves, or something/someone else?
Ministries like yours regularly emphasize the importance of God’s Law, but how does this emphasis square with Romans 6:14? “For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.”
Although the Bible seems to say a fair amount in regards to marriage, it seems to say little to nothing about dating/courtship. Therefore, I have a pretty good idea about “how” to cultivate and sustain a healthy biblical marriage, but what biblical texts can I look to in order to identify “who” to marry?
While I agree that ecumenism is a slippery dangerous slope (working alongside Catholics or 5-point Arminians), would you say it is biblically acceptable for us in the Calvinist camp to work alongside both Reformed Baptists and Presbyterians in things such as abortion abolition, missions trips, etc?
