The past couple years have been used in God’s providence to reveal the true character of many of our evangelical leaders. As it turns out, godly men are in short supply.
What is the difference between bringing a “charge” and bringing a “concern” to your pastors? The Bible allows for both, but we must diligently discern between the two, and exercise true humility as we approach those who have been appointed in positions of spiritual authority.
Both work and rest come from the Lord. Only those who do their work “as unto the Lord” have the freedom to rest from their work with a sense of peace and a clear conscience.
All Christians believe Jesus will ultimately prove to be victorious. The difference is merely a matter of how Christ will bring about his victory. Will Jesus win Despite the church (premillennialism)? Or will Jesus win THROUGH his church (postmillennialism)? *Don’t mind the sweat. Faithful ministry always thinks in terms of multiplication, but it takes time to truly multiply disciplines of Christ. Healthy fruit always takes time to grow. Don’t be discouraged!
