Unbelievers do not rebel against God because they are ignorant. The Bible clearly teaches that unbelievers are ignorant because of their rebellion.
The final stage in the progression of sin is a society’s collective approval of the sinner and his perversion. However, do not be naive. Neutrality is a myth. If a society chooses to approve of sin, in order to be consistent, this society will eventually choose to condemn righteousness and all those who stand for righteousness. (Romans 1:32).
Jesus said that the world will hate his disciples because it hated him. If we aren’t experiencing any degree of persecution, it might be because we don’t look anything like Jesus.
Our chief focus should be our own children. As parents we should earnestly desire that our children take up the mantle of ministry and go even further than we do.
All Scripture is FOR us, but not all Scripture is TO us. In order to understand difficult passages like Hebrews 6, we need to properly understand the context of the immediate audience.
Sadly, in the kangaroo court of social media, the “victim” often seems to be whoever can speak up first with a heart-wrenching story. However, according to God’s standards for justice, it is quite possible for the alleged victim to turn out to be the actual victimizer.
