Jesus is not a “universal savior,” he laid his life down exclusively for the Church (John 10, Ephesians 5). However, Christ is most certainly a “universal lord.” Jesus is Lord of all, including the non-elect.
As Christians, we say that we value our soul more than our body. In God’s mercy, he used the last two years to reveal all the liars.
