So far this year, Right Response Ministries has produced hundreds of high-quality videos/podcasts. We recognize that this quantity may be overwhelming for some of our listeners. So for your convenience, we're going to be compiling a list of our top five videos at the end of each week. These videos will be personally selected by Pastor Joel Webbon. He has insisted that we not merely highlight our most popular content, but the content that he believes is most vital for Christians to be convicted, emboldened, and encouraged.
#1 THE NEXT 5 YEARS | BATTLE PLANS FOR CHRISTIANS
How American Christianity lost its influence, and how we can gain it back.
#2 IS IT PETTY TO REFUSE TO WEAR A MASK?
There’s no mask mandate where I live, but many businesses and facilities still have signs that say they require masks. I personally refuse to wear a mask for two reasons: 1) Masks are proven to be ineffective in stopping the spread of the virus, unless it’s an N95 mask, and 2) I believe that the mask is merely a religious symbol that is essentially the same as a Christian wearing a cross necklace. However, I keep getting called “petty” by close loved ones who are also Christian for my refusal to mask up. So is it actually petty for a Christian to refuse to wear a mask? Should I just comply in order to be peaceable, or is this a hill worth dying on?
#3 JAMES WHITES' RECOMMENDED READING LIST
James White (@Alpha & Omega Ministries) provides a list of faithful ministers that Christians should be reading and listening to in these dark days.
#4 DURABLE TRADES | BECOMING CANCEL PROOF
Rory Groves, author of "Durable Trades: Family-Centered Economics That Have Stood The Test Of Time," joins Pastor Joel Webbon for a conversation about biblical manhood, a biblical view of economics, and how to establish a durable trade in the midst of "cancel culture."
#5 THE SIN OF GRUMBLING
May we never forget that God killed an entire generation of Israelites in the wilderness because of their sin of grumbling. The sin of grumbling reveals an even deeper sin: The sin of unbelief.
