Right Response Ministries has produced hundreds of high-quality videos/podcasts. So for your convenience, every Friday we provide a list of our top five videos for the week. Each of these videos are personally selected by Pastor Joel Webbon. He has insisted that we not merely highlight our most popular content, but the content that he believes is most vital for Christians to be convicted, emboldened, and encouraged. May God use this content to bless you richly.

#1 5 DOCTRINES STUNTING THE CHURCH’S MATURITY | WITH BRIAN SAUVÉ, ERIC CONN, AND DAN BERKHOLDER

In this episode of Theology Applied, Pastor Joel Webbon is joined by the hosts of the King’s Hall Podcast (Brian Sauvé, Eric Conn, and Dan Berkholder) to discuss a list of 5 doctrines in order of most dangerous to least dangerous.

Over the past 20-30 years or so, God sovereignly addressed several false doctrines that were not merely unbiblical, but heretical: Prosperity Gospel, Seeker-Sensitive, Roman Catholicism, & Liberal Theology (Open Theism, Process Theology, Etc). Our prediction is that over the next 20-30 years, God will sovereignly begin to address doctrines that are not necessarily heretical, but still unbiblical and dangerous. In this episode of Theology Applied, Pastor Joel Webbon is joined by the hosts of the King’s Hall Podcast to discuss a list 5 doctrines in order of most dangerous to least dangerous.

#2 WHEN REPENTANCE IS IMPOSSIBLE | POSTMILLENIALISM & JEWISH APOSTASY IN HEBREWS 6

"For it is impossible, in the case of those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have shared in the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, and then have fallen away, to restore them again to repentance..." Hebrews 6:4-6 ESV.

#3 IF JESUS WAS EMPATHETIC, HE COULD NOT SAVE US

Jesus is a MERCIFUL High Priest, not an EMPATHETIC High Priest. Shared suffering is not a prerequisite for mercy.

#4 IS POSTMIL NECESSARY FOR THEONOMY?

If the death of Jesus is not a mere example of sacrificial love but actual atonement (the finished payment for sin), and if Jesus died for each and every individual, why do many people still go to eternal suffering in hell? It appears as though these individuals’ sins are being paid for “twice;” once by Jesus on the cross, and once by them in hell.

#5 A POSTMILLENIAL TAKE ON HEBREWS 6

All Scripture is FOR us, but not all Scripture is TO us. In order to understand difficult passages like Hebrews 6, we need to properly understand the context of the immediate audience.

A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM PASTOR JOEL WEBBON

Unfortunately, 2021 did not provide the relief that many were hoping for. Instead of the promised return to normalcy, tyranny and deception have become commonplace. From vaccine mandates to record-high inflation, our current political elites have made it abundantly clear that they have no concern for the public. And yet, God’s goodness has continued to shine through. More and more people are waking up to reality and joining the fight for liberty and truth.

However, there still appears to be a problem. On the one hand, there are Evangelicals who claim to love the Gospel, while consistently echoing the talking points of neo-Marxists. And on the other hand, there are Conservatives that champion many Christian values, while rejecting Christ as the source of all that is good. Our world desperately needs Christians who believe the whole Bible and are committed to applying it to every area of life. From family to church, and culture to politics, we must hold fast to the sufficiency of Scripture.

This is our goal: To equip Christians with a thoroughly biblical worldview, and teach them to apply it to every area of life.

To this end, we humbly ask that you would prayerfully consider partnering with Right Response Ministries. Right Response Ministries is seeking to continue to be a voice of reason in a world that has gone mad, but we cannot accomplish this without your help.
